This was created with guidance and advice from a certified dietician to ensure we got the meals within a certain calorie range and to especially help those on a weight management journey, but it is a useful guide for most on what to eat and in what proportions. I use most of these meals myself to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. It also helps me save time as I can plan shopping and meals in advance. Great if you’re busy.
