The media library centralizes uploads so you can reuse assets across courses, sales pages, and communities without re-uploading.
Before you start
- Creator account.
Step 1
Open Media
Browse existing uploads, search by file name, filter by type, and upload new files from your device.
Step 2
Upload files
Files upload automatically when selected or dropped. Large videos may take time to process — wait for processing to complete before attaching to lessons.
Step 3
Reuse in products
In course modules, open the media picker to search your library, upload inline, or select files already used in the course — without leaving the editor.
Tips & troubleshooting
- Use clear file names before upload — search works best with descriptive titles.
- Check the storage strip on the Media page to see how much space you have left.
