Overview
Kobocourse collects payments via Stripe and Flutterwave. To receive payouts, complete identity verification and add your bank account, then withdraw from your wallet.
Before you start
- Creator account with at least one sale or ready to sell.
Step 1
Complete identity verification
Identity verification is required before withdrawals. Follow the prompts under Account → Identity.
Step 2
Add bank account
Add the bank account where you want to receive settlements. Double-check account number and bank name.
Step 3
Track wallet balance
Open Wallet to see earnings, fees, and pending amounts from orders.
Step 4
Request withdrawal
When funds are available, go to Wallet → Withdraw and follow the steps. Processing times depend on your region and processor.
Tips & troubleshooting
- Buyers can pay in NGN or international currencies depending on your product currency settings.
- Check Orders if wallet balance does not match expectations — refunds affect available balance.
