The Orders section is your sales inbox. See every purchase, open order details, and handle refunds without logging into payment processors separately.
Before you start
- Creator account with at least one sale or test order.
Step 1
View all orders
Filter and search orders by product, date, or status. Click any order for full details.
Step 2
Open order details
Order detail includes what was purchased, including upsells and applied coupons.
Step 3
Per-product order list
From Products, open a product and navigate to its orders tab for focused reporting.
Step 4
Process refunds
When a refund is warranted, process it from the order detail view. Wallet balance updates accordingly.
Tips & troubleshooting
- Export or note buyer emails for launch announcements (respect opt-in laws).
